මෙතෙක් ජාතික විදුලි පද්ධතියට එක් කිරීමට පමා වූ පුනර්ජනනීය බල ශක්ති ව්‍යාපෘති කඩිනමින් විදුලි බල පද්ධතියට එක් කිරීමේ අරමුණින් අනුරාධපුර තරියන්කුළම ප්‍රදේශයේ ඉදි කිරීම් ආරම්භ කර වැඩ අතරමග නතර වූ සූර්ය බලාගාරයක් රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය දුමින්ද දිසානායක මහතාගේ නිරීක්ෂණයට ලක් විය.
මෙගා වොට් 01 ක් ජාතික විදුලි පද්ධතියට එක් කිරීමේ අරමුණින් 2017 වර්ෂයේ ටෙන්ඩරයට අනුව අනුරාධපුර තරියන්කුළම ප්‍රදේශයේ අක්කර 04 ක භූමි ප්‍රමාණයක මෙම
බලාගාරය ඉදි කිරීම් ආරම්භ කළද, ඇති වූ ගැටලුකාරී තත්වයන් හේතුවෙන් මෙතෙක් එය ජාතික විදුලි පද්ධතියට එක් කිරීමට නොහැකි වී ඇත.

The Minister inspected the site and said that the government would provide the necessary assistance to complete the work before the end of this year and add it to the national grid.
The Minister of State further said, “We are very much in the process of developing a 550 MW project that has not been operational for 10 years. The Sustainable Energy Authority provided overwhelming support for the implementation of all these projects. , Those documents that had been suspended by the CEB, as well as projects that had been blocked by about 16 institutions such as the Environment Authority, the Ministry of Mahaweli Development, Forest Conservation and Wildlife are now being implemented.
