2023 වර්ෂය සදහා වන විසර්ජන පනත් කෙටුම්පත (අයවැය) අද (18) පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමට (පළමු වර කියවීම) නියමිතය.

මෙම සතියේ පාර්ලිමේන්තු කටයුතු තීරණය කිරීම සදහා පසුගියදා (07) කථානායක මහින්ද යාපා අබේවර්ධන මහතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් රැස්වූ පාර්ලිමේන්තු කටයුතු පිළිබද කාරක සභාවේදී මේ බව තීරණය විය.

ඒ අනුව පාර්ලිමේන්තුව අද (18) සිට 21 වැනිදා දක්වා රැස්වන අතර මෙම සෑම දිනකම පෙ.ව 9.30-පෙ.ව 10.30 කාලය වාචික පිළිතුරු අපේක්ෂා කරන ප්‍රශ්න සදහා වෙන්කර ඇත.

මේ අනුව හෙට පෙ.ව 9.30 ට පාර්ලිමේන්තුව රැස්වීමට නියමිත අතර පෙ.ව 10.30 සිට ප.ව 5.00 දක්වා ඛනිජ තෙල් නිෂ්පාදන (විශේෂ විධිවිධාන) (සංශෝධන) පනත් කෙටුම්පත දෙවැනිවර කියැවීමේ විවාදය පැවැත්වේ. අනතුරුව ප.ව 5.00 සිට ප.ව 5.30 දක්වා රජය විසින් ගෙනෙන සභාව කල්තබන අවස්ථාවේ යෝජනාව අනුව විවාදය පැවැත්වෙන බවද මහලේකම්වරයා පැවසීය.

ඔක්තෝබර් 19 වැනිදා පෙ.ව 10.30 සිට ප.ව 5.00 දක්වා අධිකරණ අමාත්‍යාංශය මගින් ඉදිරිපත් කළ පනත් කෙටුම්පත් 6 ක් විවාදයට ගැනීමට ද නියමිතව තිබේ. මේ අනුව, විෂ වර්ග, අබිං සහ අන්තරාදායක ඖෂධ වර්ග(සංශෝධන), නොතාරිස් (සංශෝධන), ඇටෝර්නි බලපත්‍ර (සංශෝධන), ලේඛන ලියාපදිංචි කිරීමේ (සංශෝධන), අන්තිම කැමති පත්‍ර (සංශෝධන), වංචා වැළැක්වීමේ (සංශෝධන) යන පනත් කෙටුම්පත් විවාදයට ගැනේ.

අනතුරුව එදින ප.ව 5.00 – ප.ව 5.30 කාලය සභාව කල් තබන අවස්ථාවේ ප්‍රශ්න සදහා වෙන්කර ඇත.

ඔක්තෝබර් 20 සහ 21 දෙදින පෙ.ව 10.30 සිට ප.ව 5.00 දක්වා විසි දෙවැනි ආණ්ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථා සංශෝධන පනත් කෙටුම්පත දෙවැනිවර කියැවීමේ විවාදය පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත අතර 20 වැනි දින ප.ව 5.00 – ප.ව 5.30 කාලය වෙන් කර ඇත්තේ විපක්ෂය ගෙනෙන සභාව කල් තබන අවස්ථාවේ යෝජනාව විවාදයට ගැනීම සදහායි.

එසේම ලබන 21 වැනිදා සවස 5.00 දක්වා පැවැත්වෙන විසි දෙවැනි ආණ්ඩුක්‍රම ව්‍යවස්ථා සංශෝධන පනත් කෙටුම්පත දෙවැනිවර කියැවීමේ විවාදය අවසානයේ ඡන්ද විමසීම පැවැත්වීමට නියමිතව තිබේ.

 

 

 

First Reading of the Appropriation Bill for the year 2023 to be presented tomorrow

 

First Reading of the Appropriation Bill for the year 2023 is scheduled to be presented tomorrow. This was decided at the Committee on Parliamentary Business held previously (07) under the chairmanship of Hon. Mahinda Yapa Abeywardana, Speaker of Parliament.

From 18th to 21st time is allotted from 9.30 am to 10.30 for Questions for Oral Answers.

It was decided to hold the debate on the Second Reading of the Petroleum Products (Special Provisions) (Amendment) Bill from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm on the 18th of October. Thereafter, time has been allotted from 5.00 pm to 5.30 pm for the Motion at the Adjournment Time brought in by the Government, the Secretary General said.

The Committee also decided to take into debate 6 Bills presented by the Ministry of Justice on October 19th from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm. Accordingly, Poisons, Opium and Dangerous Drugs’ (Amendment) Bill, Notaries Ordinance (Amendment) Bill, Powers of Attorney Ordinance (Amendment) Bill, Wills Ordinance (Amendment) Bill, Registration of Documents (Amendment) Bill, Prevention of Frauds Ordinance (Amendment) bill are scheduled to be taken up for debate.

From 5.00 pm to 5.30 pm time has been set aside for Questions at the Adjournment Time.

On October 20th and 21st from 10.30 am to 5.00 pm, the Second Reading debate on the Twenty- Second Amendment to the Constitution Bill is scheduled to be held. Thereafter, time has been allotted from 5.00 pm to 5.30 pm for the Motion at the Adjournment Time brought in by the Opposition.

Furthermore, a vote is scheduled to be held at the end of the debate on the Second Reading on the Twenty-Second Amendment to the Constitution Bill, which will be held on the 21st until 5:30 p.m.
