සයිනෝෆාර්ම් එන්නත පිළිබදව පමණක් සිදු කරනු ලබන පර්යේෂණයකින්, එය ලොව ඇති හොදම එන්නත බවට තහවුරු වෙන්නේ නැති බව වෛද්‍ය රසායනාගාර විද්‍යාඥ වෘත්තීයවේදීන්ගේ විද්වත් සංගමය සභාපති රවී කුමුදේශ් මහතා පවසයි.

ඒ මහතා පැවසුවේ ශ්‍රී ජයවර්ධනපුර විශ්වවිද්‍යාලය අදාල පර්යේෂණය සිදුකර ඇත්තේ සයිනෝෆාර්ම් එන්නත ගැන පමණක් බවත් අනෙක් එන්නත් අතර සංසන්දනාත්මක පර්යේෂණයක් එමගින් සිදු කර නොමැති බවයි. කෙසේ වෙතත් ජපුර පර්යේෂණ ප්‍රතිඵල භාවිතා කර, චීන වැක්සීනය “හොඳම වැක්සීනය” ඒ බව හැඟවීමට යොදා ගැනීම වැරදි බව කුමුදේශ් මහතා පැවසිය.

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ රැකියා වෙළෙඳපොළ නොවෙනස්ව තිබියදී, වැක්සීන් හේතුවෙන් රැකියා සදහා ශ්‍රමිකයන් යැවීමට නොහැකිවීම බරපතල ගැටලුවක් බවත් යුරෝපයේ සහ මැදපෙරදිග බොහෝ රටවල් එම රටවල් වලට ශ්‍රමිකයන් ගෙන්වීමේදී චීන වැක්සීන පිළි නොගන්නා බැවින්, මෙලෙස ශ්‍රමිකයන් යැවීමට නොහැකි වී ඇති බව වාර්ථා වන බව හෙතෙම පැවසිය.

එබැවින් චීන වැක්සීන මත සම්පූර්ණ බර තැබීම වෙනුවට, අවම වශයෙන් ලොව පිළිගන්නා එන්නත්, විදෙස්ගත වීමට අපේක්ෂිත ශ්‍රමිකයින්ට හෝ ලබා දීමේ වැඩපිළිවෙළක් වහා ඇරඹිය යුතු බව රවි කුමුදේශ් මහතා කියා සිටියේය.

 

 

 

 

 

Cyanoform is not the best – Ravi Kumudesh

Ravi Kumudesh, president of the Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists and Professionals, says research on the cyanoform vaccine alone does not prove it to be the best vaccine in the world. He said that the University of Sri Jayewardenepura had conducted the relevant research only on the cyanoform vaccine and that no comparative research had been done on it. However, Kumudesh said it was wrong to use the Chinese research results to suggest that the Chinese vaccine was the “best vaccine”.

He said that despite the job market in Sri Lanka being unchanged, the inability to send workers for employment due to vaccines was a serious problem and many countries in Europe and the Middle East were unable to send workers as Chinese vaccines were not accepted in those countries.

Therefore, instead of placing a full burden on Chinese vaccines, a program should be started immediately to provide at least globally accepted vaccines to workers who wish to go abroad, said Ravi Kumudesh.
