පවතින දේශපාලන අස්ථාවරත්වය හමුවේ රාජ්‍ය ආයතන මේ වන විට දැඩි අපහසුතාවයට මුහුණ දී ඇති බව වාර්තා වේ.
අමාත්‍යංශ, සංස්ථා මෙන්ම දෙපාර්තමේන්තු වැනි ආයතනවල නිලධාරින් මේ වන විට ඇතැම් කාර්යන්වලින් ඉවත්ව ඇති බව දැනගන්නට ඇත.
විෂයභාර අමාත්‍යවරයෙකු නොමැති අවස්ථාවක සිය අමාත්‍යංශයේ කටයුතු වල ඇතැම් තීන්දු තීරණය මෙන්ම සිදු කරමින් යනු ලබන කටයුතු පවා අතරමඟ නැවතී ඇත.
කෙසේ වෙතත් ජනාධිපතිවරයා මේ සම්බන්ධයෙන් කඩිනමින් සුදුසු විමසදුමක් ලබා දෙන්නේ නම් රාජ්‍ය ආයතනවල මේ වන විට මුහුණ පා ඇති අර්බුධකාරී තත්ත්වය සමනය වනු ඇති බව විශ්වාස කෙරේ.
