හෙද ඉල්ලීම් හතෙන් පහකට ජනපතිගෙන් විසඳුම්
රාජ්‍ය සේවා එක්සත් හෙද සංගමය ඉදිරිපත් කළ ඉල්ලීම් හතෙන් පහකට එසැණ විසඳුම් ලබාදීමට ජනාධිපති ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ මහතා පියවර ගෙන තිබේ.
ඉතිරි ඉල්ලීම් දෙකට අදාළ විසඳුම් මීළඟ අය වැයෙන් ලබාදීමට ද ජනාධිපතිවරයා එකඟතාව පළ කළේය.
රාජ්‍ය සේවා එක්සත් හෙද සංගමය සමඟ ඊයේ (02) පස්වරුවේ ජනාධිපති කාර්යාලයේ පැවති විශේෂ සාකච්ඡාවේදී ජනාධිපතිතුමා මෙම තීරණවලට එළැඹිණ.
01. හෙද සරසවිය ආරම්භ කිරීම.
02. යහපාලන රජය සමයේ 2017.12.07 හා 32/2017 මගින් අත්හිටුවා ඇති මාණ්ඩලික තත්ත්වය නැවත ලබාදීම.
03. අත්හිටුවා ඇති iii ශ්‍රේණියෙන් ii ශ්‍රේණියට උසස් වීම වසර පහක් ලෙස හා ii ශ්‍රේණියෙන් i ශ්‍රේණියට වසර හතෙන් උසස් කිරීම.
04. රුපියල් විසිදහසක වාර්ෂික නිල ඇඳුම් දීමනාව ලබාදීම.
05. දැනට පැය 36ක්ව පවතින රාජකාරී කාලය සතියකට දින පහක (පැය 30ක) කාලයක් ලෙස සැලකීම විශේෂ කමිටුවක අධ්‍යයනයට යොමු කිරීම.
යන කරුණු 5 වහාම ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමට ජනාධිපතිවරයා තීරණය කළේය.
රුපියල් දස දහසේ දීමනාව සහ 2014.12.24 දින මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශය චක්‍රලේඛයක් මඟින් සඳහන් කර ඇති මූලික වැටුපෙන් 1/100 අමතර සේවා දීමනාව ලබන අයවැයෙන් ලබාදීමටත් ජනාධිපතිවරයා විසින් එකඟතාව පළ කෙරිණ.
ඒ අනුව රාජ්‍ය සේවා එක්සත් හෙද සංගමය ඉදිරිපත් කළ යෝජනා සියල්ලට ජනාධිපතිවරයාගේ විසඳුම් ලැබිණ.
රජය සෞඛ්‍ය අංශය කෙරෙහි දැඩි විශ්වාසයෙන් පසුවන අතර හෙද සේවාවට ඉහළ පිළිගැනීමක් ලබාදෙන බවත් හෙද වෘත්තිකයන්ට නිසි තැන ලබා දෙන බව ද ජනාධිපතිවරයා අවධාරණය කළේය.
රාජ්‍ය සේවා එක්සත් හෙද සංගමයේ සභාපති පූජ්‍ය මුරුත්තෙට්ටුවේ ආනන්ද හිමි, සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය පවිත්‍රා වන්නිආරච්චි, ජනාධිපති ප්‍රධාන උපදේශක ලලිත් වීරතුංග, සෞඛ්‍ය ලේකම් (විශ්‍රාමික) මේජර් ජෙනරාල් විශේෂඥ වෛද්‍ය සංජීව මුණසිංහ, සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා අධ්යක්ෂ ජනරාල් වෛද්‍ය අසේල ගුණවර්ධන යන මහත්ම මහත්මීහු සහ රාජ්‍ය සේවා එක්සත් හෙද සංගමයේ නියෝජිතයෝ මේ අවස්ථාවට එක්ව සිටියහ.
President solves five out of seven nursing requests
President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has taken steps to provide immediate solutions to five of the seven requests made by the Public Service United Nurses Association.
The President also agreed to provide solutions to the remaining two demands in the next budget.
The President made these decisions during a special discussion with the Public Service United Nurses Association at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday (02).
01. Establishment of the University of Nursing.
02. Restoration of Staff Status Suspended by 07.12.2017 and 32/2017 during the period of Good Governance Government.
03. Promotion from Grade iii to grade ii with five years and from ii to grade i with seven years.
04. Giving an annual uniform allowance of Rs. 20,000.
05. Refer to the study of a special committee to treat the present 36 hours working hours as five days (30 hours) per week.
The President decided to implement the five points immediately.
The President also agreed to provide an allowance of Rs. 10,000 and an additional service allowance of 1/100 of the basic salary mentioned in a circular issued by the Ministry of Finance on 24.12.2014 in the forthcoming budget.
Accordingly, all the proposals submitted by the Public Service United Nurses Association were resolved by the President.
The President emphasized that the government has great faith in the health sector and will give high recognition to the nursing service and give due place to the nursing professionals.
