පොදු ජන පෙරමුණේ ලේකම් සාගර කාරියවසම් මහතා විසින් පසුගියදා යොමු කල ලිපිය මගින් උදය ගම්මන්පිළ මහතාට හිත් රිදිමත් ඇති වුවානම් කණගාටුව පළකරන බව රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය අරුන්දික ප්‍රනාන්දු මහතා පවසයි.

අමාත්‍යවරයා අද (15) මාධ්‍ය හමුවක් කැඳවමින් පවසා සිටියේ සාගර කාරියවසම් මහතා එවැනි ලිපියක් යොමු ඇත්තේ ජනතාව වෙනුවෙන් අදහස් ප්‍රකාශ කිරීමක් බවයි.

කෙසේ වෙතත් ඛනිජ තෙල් අමාත්‍යවරයා ඉන්ධන වැඩි කිරීම තනී තීරණයක් මත සිදු නොකර ඇති බවත් එය ආණ්ඩුවේ සාමුහිකව ගනු ලැබු තීන්දුවක් බව මන්ත්‍රීවරයා පැවසිය.

සාගර කාරියවසම් මහතා මෙන්ම උදය ගම්මන්පිල මහතා අතර ඇත්තේ සාමාන්‍යයෙන් ආණ්ඩුවක මන්ත්‍රිවරුන් අතර ඇති වන බහින් බස් වීමක් බවත් එය ආණ්ඩු කඩාගෙන යාමට තරම් ගැටලුවක් වී නොමැති බවයි.

Minister of State Arundika Fernando says that he regrets that Udaya Gammanpila was offended by the recent letter sent by the Secretary of the People’s Front Sagara Kariyawasam.

Addressing a media briefing today (15) the Minister said that Mr. Sagara Kariyawasam had sent such a letter expressing his views on behalf of the people.

However, the Minister of Petroleum did not increase the fuel on a single decision and it was a collective decision of the government, he said.

Mr. Sagara Kariyawasam and Mr. Udaya Gammanpila have a common quarrel with government MPs and it has not been a problem enough to overthrow governments.
