පසුගිය අනාරක්ෂිතව තිබු රට ආරක්ෂාකාරි තත්ත්වයට පත් කිරිමට ජනාධිපති ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ මහතාට පැවරුණු රාජකාරිය අකුරටම ඉටු කළ බව ශ්‍රි ලංකා පොදුජන පෙරමුණේ මහලේකම් පාර්ලිමේන්තු මන්ත්‍රී නිතීඥ සාගර කාරියවසම් මහතා පවසයි.

අද පැවැති (13) මාධ්‍ය හමුවේදී ඒ මහතා පවසා සිටියේ දැනටමත් බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ මහතා ඉතා විශාල ලෙස විවිධ කාර්යන්වලට අවතීරණ වෙමින් සිටින අතර ඉදිරියේදී එහි වෙනස්කම් මොනවාද කියා බලා ගත හැකි බවයි.

එම මාධ්‍ය හමුවේදී වැඩිදුරටත් අදහස් දැක් වු සාගර කාර්යවසම් මහතා ” රට අද වැටිලා තියෙන්නේ සාමාන්‍ය තත්වයක නොවේ. අපි අවුරුදු 30 ක් ලෝකයේ දරුණුතම ත්‍රස්තවාදී සංවිධානයක යුද්ධ කරපු රටක් නමුත් අද අපිට තියෙන්නේ නොපෙනෙ සතුරෙක් එක්ක මුලු මහත් ලෝකයක් යුද්ධ කරන වෙලාවක්. අද මුළු රටේම පාසල් වහලා, මුළු රටේම සංචාරක ව්‍යාපාර සම්පූර්ණ නතර වෙලා. මේක කිසිම දෙයක් සමඟ සන්සන්දනය කරන්න පුළුවන් තත්වයක නොවේ අපි ඉන්නේ. මෙවැනි තත්වයක අපි සාමාන්‍ය තත්වයෙන් ඔබ්බට ගිහිල්ලා මෙයට පිළියම් සෙවිය යුතු. එතනදි අපේ මතය වුණේ මෙවැනි අවස්ථාවක බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ මැතිතුමා වැනි අති දක්ෂ පුද්ගලයෙකු ඉදිරිපත් විය යුතුයි කියලා. ඒ අනුව තමයි ඒ මතය ඉදිරියට ගෙන යමින් ජයග්‍රහණය කළේ. ඉදිරියට මේ රටේ සුභවාදි බලාපොරොත්තු දල්ව ගන්න හැකි පෙරනිමිති තියෙනවා. දැනටමත් බැසිල් රාජපක්ෂ මැතිතුමා ඉතා විශාල ලෙස විවිධ කාර්යන්වලට අවතීරණ වෙමින් සිටිනවා. ඉදිරියේදී ඔබට බලාගන්න පුළුවන් වෙවි එහි වෙනස්කම් මොනවාද කියලා.

පසුගිය රජය කාලයේ මේ රට බෝම්බ පිපිරෙන තත්වයකට පත් කළා. මේ රටේ ආරක්ෂාකාරි තත්වයන් නැති කළා. මෙවැනි හානිකර තත්වයන් රටට සිදුවෙමින් පවතිද්දි ඒය නවත්තන්න තමයි ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ ජනාධිපතිතුමා බලයට ගෙනාවේ . එතුමාට පැවරුණු රාජකාරිය අකුරටම ඉටු කරලා ඉවරයි. නම්ත් අපිට රජයක් හැටියට මුහුණ දෙන්න සිදු වුණේ නොසිතු අභියෝගයක් වෙච්ච කොරෝනා වසංගතය. මේ කොරෝනා වසංගත තත්වය යටයතේ රටක් හැටියට අපිට අලුත් අභියෝග ඇවිල්ලා තිබෙනවා. ඒ අලුත් අභියෝගවලට මුහුණදිය යුතුයි. ශ්‍රි ලංකා පොදුජන පෙරමුණ පක්ෂයක් හැටියට එයට සාර්ථකව මුහුණ දෙන බවත් එය රටේ ජනතාව විශ්වාසය තබා ගන්න. අපිට මේ අභියෝගවලට මුහුණ දීලා මේ රටේ ජනතාවගේ ජිවන තත්වය නංවාලමින් ඉදිරියට ගෙනියන්න හැකියාව තිබෙනවා. විශේෂයෙන් අපේ නායකයින්ට ඒ දේ කරන්න හැකියාව තිබෙනවා.

 

 

 

 

 

Gota did his duty exactly as well as Basil’s work – General Secretary Sagara

Sagara Kariyawasam, Attorney-at-Law, Attorney-at-Law, General Secretary of the Sri Lanka People’s Front (SLPP) says that President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa has fulfilled his duty to make the country insecure. Speaking at a media briefing held today (13) he said that Mr. Basil Rajapaksa is already embarking on various activities and we can see what the changes will be in the future.

Speaking further at the media briefing, Mr. Sagara Karyawasam said, “The country is not in a normal state today. We have been at war with one of the worst terrorist organizations in the world for 30 years, but today we have a time when the whole world is at war with an invisible enemy. The tourism industry in the whole country has come to a complete standstill and we are not in a position to compare it with anything. In such a situation we have to go beyond the ordinary and find a solution. At that time our opinion was that a brilliant person like Basil Rajapaksa should come forward in such a situation. It is in this context that we have succeeded in advancing that view. There are foresights that can brighten the optimistic hopes of this country in the future, and Basil Rajapaksa is already embarking on a wide range of activities, and you will be able to see the changes in the future.

During the previous government this country was bombed. The security situation in this country was eliminated. President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa was brought to power to stop such harmful situations happening in the country. He has completed his duties to the fullest. But we as a government had to face the unpredictable corona epidemic. Under this corona epidemic, we as a country face new challenges. We have to face those new challenges. Let the people of the country have faith that the Sri Lanka People’s Front as a party will face it successfully. We have the ability to face these challenges and move forward by uplifting the living standards of the people of this country. Our leaders in particular have the ability to do that.
