උපන් දිනයදා මිලියනයක උපකරණ කොවිඩ් ප්‍රතිකාර වෙනුවෙන් පරිත්‍යාග කළ තරුණයා රටටම ආදර්ශයක් -රාජ්‍ය ඇමතිනි සුදර්ශිනී
සිය 19 වන උපන්දිනය වෙනුවෙන් රුපියල් මිලියනයක වෛද්‍ය උපකරණ තොගයක් කොවිඩ් ප්‍රතිකාර වෙනුවෙන් ලබාදීමට කටාන වැලිහේන ප්‍රදේශයේ ට්‍රෙවොන් සිල්වාපුල්ලේ මහතා අද (26) දින ප්‍රාථමික සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා, වසංගත රෝග සහ කොවිඩ් රෝග පාලන කටයුතු රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය විශේෂඥ වෛද්‍ය සුදර්ශිනී ප්‍රනාන්දුපුල්ලේ මහත්මිය වෙත සෞඛ්‍ය අමාත්‍යංශයේදී පරිත්‍යාග කරන ලදි.
එම පරිත්‍යාග අතර මල්ටිපැරා මොනිටර්ස් 02ක් නෙබියුලයිසර් 05ක් ඇතුළුව රුපියල් මිලියනයක වෛද්‍ය උපකරණ පුද්ගලික ධන පරිත්‍යාගයෙන් ලබාදීමට මෙහිදී කටයුතු කරන ලදි.
තරුණයින් සිය උපන්දින සාද පවත්වමින් විනෝදවන සමයක රටේ ව්‍යවසනයට පත්වෙලා සිටින රෝගීන් වෙනුවෙන් සත්කාර කිරීමට මෙවැනි පරිත්‍යාග කිරීම පිළිබදව සිය ස්තුතිය පුදකල රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍යවරිය සදහන් කර සිටියේ ඉතා හොද පණිවිඩයක් රටටත්, තරුණ ප්‍රජාවටත් මේ හරහා ලබාදී ඇති බවයි. මෙම පරිත්‍යාගය තුළින් ව්‍යවසනයට පත්වී සිටින රෝගීන්ගේ සත්කාර වෙනුවෙන් භාවිතා කිරීමට මනා පිටිවහලක් වන බවයි. එමෙන්ම ඔහුට සුබපැතුම් එක්කිරීමටද අමාත්‍යවරිය මෙහිදී කටයුතු කළාය.
මෙම අවස්ථාවට ට්‍රෙවොන් සිල්වාපුල්ලේ මහතාගේ පියාණන් වන ක්‍රිස්ටි සිල්වාපුල්ලේ මහතා, මව ලක්ෂ්මි කුරේරා මහත්මිය සහ වෛද්‍ය ශිෂ්‍යාවක වන සොහොයුරිය විබෝධා සිල්වාපුල්ලේ මෙනවිය එක්වූහ.
A Katana youth donates Rs. 1 million for Covid treatment on his 19th birthday Minister Sudarshini says that it is an example for the whole country
Trevon Silvapulle, a youth from Welihena, Katana, donated 1 million rupees worth of medical equipment for his 19th birthday today (26) at the Ministry of Health to Dr. Sudarshini Fernandopulle, State Minister of Primary Health Care, Epidemics and Covid Disease Control.
Mr. Trevon made a personal donation of one million rupees worth of medical equipment, including two multipara monitors and five nebulizers.
The Minister expressed her gratitude for making such a donation to care for the bereaved patients of the country at a time when the youth are having fun celebrating their birthdays a very good message has been conveyed to the country and the youth community through this. The donation will be used to care for patients in distress. The Minister also congratulated him.
Mr. Trevon Silvapulle’s father, Mr. Christy Silvapulle, mother Lakshmi Kurera and sister Viboda Silvapulle were also present on the occasion.
