INSEE සිමෙන්ති සමාගමේ තාක්ෂණ නිලධාරී සහ ඉංජිනේරු කුසලතා සංවර්ධන වැඩසටහන දකුණු පළාතටත් හඳුන්වා දෙයි
INSEE සිමෙන්ති සමාගම පසුගියදා දකුණු පළාත් සභාව සමග විශේෂ අවබෝධතා ගිවිසුම් දෙකකට අත්සන් තැබී ය.
මේ යටතේ INSEE සිමෙන්ති සමාගමේ තාක්ෂණ නිලධාරී සහ ඉංජිනේරු කුසලතා සංවර්ධන වැඩසටහන් එම පළාත තුළද ක්‍රියාවට නැංවෙනු ඇත.
දකුණු පළාත් සභාවේ ප්‍රධාන ලේකම් ආර්. සී. ද සොයිසා මහතා සහ INSEE සිමෙන්ති සමාගමේ සභාපති/ ප්‍රධාන විධායක නිලධාරී නන්දන ඒකනායක මහතා විසින් මෙම ගිවිසුම් වලට අත්සන් තබන ලදි. පළාත් නියෝජ්‍ය ප්‍රධාන ලේකම්වරුන්, අධ්යක්ෂ වරුන්, ප්‍රධාන ඉංජිනේරුවන්, ඉංජිනේරුවන් සහ තාක්ෂණ නිලධාරීන් ඇතුළු පිරිසක් මෙම අවස්ථාවට එක්වූහ.
තාක්ෂණ නිලධාරීන් පුහුණු කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනේ දෙවැනි අදියර සහ පළාත් ඉංජිනේරුවන් සඳහා හඳුන්වා දී ඇති Continuous Professional Development (CPD) වැඩසටහන සඳහා ගිවිසුම් අත්සන් කළ ප්රථම පළාත් සභාව වන්නේ දකුණු පළාත් සභාවයි. දකුණු පළාත් සභා ලේකම් කාර්යාලය සමග එක් වී මෙම වසර තුළ තාක්ෂණ නිලධාරීන් 350 දෙනෙකු සහ ප්‍රාදේශීය ඉංජිනේරුවන් 55 දෙනෙකු සඳහා පුහුණු සැසි පැවැත්වීම INSEE සිමෙන්ති සමාගමේ ඉලක්කය වී තිබේ.
“දකුණු පළාතේ රාජකාරි කරන තාක්ෂණ නිලධාරීන් වෙනුවෙන් මෙම කුසලතා සංවර්ධන වැඩසටහන හඳුන්වා දීමට හැකිවීම අපට මහත් සතුටක්. මෙම පළාත යටිතල පහසුකම් හා නාගරික සංවර්ධනය සම්බන්ධයෙන් අවස්ථා රාශියක් පවතින පළාතක් ලෙස හැඳින්විය හැකියි. රටේ ඉදිරි ගමන තුළ දේශීය කර්මාන්ත ශක්තිමත් කිරීම අත්‍යවශ්‍ය බව අප විශ්වාස කරනවා. ඉදිකිරීම් කර්මාන්තයේ ප්‍රමුඛයෙකු ලෙස අපගේ වගකීම වන්නේ, සියලුම දෙනාට පොදු අරමුණක් වෙනුවෙන් කටයුතු කිරීමට හැකි වන පසුබිමක් සකස් කරමින්, දේශීය ඉදිකිරීම් කර්මාන්තයේ වර්ධනය හා ප්රගතිය උදෙසා අපගේ දායකත්වය හැකි උපරිමයෙන් ලබාදීමයි.” INSEE සිමෙන්ති සමාගමේ සභාපති නන්දන ඒකනායක මහතා පැවසී ය.
රාජ්‍ය ප්‍රසම්පාදන කටයුතු, ගොඩනැගිලි ද්‍රව්‍ය සම්බන්ධ තත්ත්වය පාලන කටයුතු, පරීක්ෂණ, ඉදිකිරීම් කළමනාකරණය, ආරක්ෂාව, සිමෙන්ති හා කොන්ක්‍රීට් භාවිතය සහ හරිත ගොඩනැගිලි ක්‍රමවේදයන් යනාදිය සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඉංජිනේරුවන්ගේ හා තාක්ෂණ නිලධාරීන්ගේ දැනුම වර්ධනය කිරීම ඔස්සේ දේශීය ඉදිකිරීම් කර්මාන්තයේ ගුණාත්මකභාවය ඉහළ නැංවීම INSEE සිමෙන්ති සමාගමේ තාක්ෂණ කුසලතා සංවර්ධන වැඩසටහනේ මූලික අරමුණ වී තිබේ.
INSEE Cement signs MOU with Southern Provincial Council extending Technical Officers and Provincial Engineers Skills Development Programme
With the intention of implementing its highly successful skills development programme for technical officers (TOs) and engineers across the Nation, INSEE Cement Sri Lanka signed two Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) with the Southern Provincial Council.
MoUs were exchanged between R.C De Soyza, Chief Secretary of the Southern Province and Nandana Ekanayake, Chairman/CEO of INSEE Cement. Provincial Deputy Chief Secretaries, Directors, Chief Engineers, Engineers and Technical Officers were also present during the landmark event.
This is the 1st province to sign the 2nd phase of the Technical Officer (TO) programme and conduct Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for provincial engineers. In partnership with the Southern Province Chief Secretarial Office, INSEE aims to facilitate training sessions for 350 TOs and 55 Provincial Engineers for a year.
“INSEE Cement is excited to extend the Skills Development Programme to the Technical Officers working in the Southern Province. The region shows enormous potential for infrastructure and urban development,” stated Nandana Ekenayake, Chairman, CEO at INSEE Cement.
“As we move forward, it is imperative that we strengthen the foundation of the local industry. Our responsibility, as industry leaders, is to ensure all our stakeholders move together in the same direction and contribute towards this accelerated progress and evolution of the local construction industry.”
The skills development programme is designed to enhance local construction industry standards through up-skilling and increasing the knowledge base of the engineers and officers in the fields of government procurement, quality control of construction material, types of testing, construction management, safety, cement and concrete usage, along with green building codes.
