ප්‍රංශයේ ශ්‍රී ලංකා තානාපති කාර්යාලයේ සම්බන්ධීකරණයෙන් පසුගිය 20 වනදා සිට 22 දක්වා පැවති IFTM TOP RESA 2022 ප්‍රංශ සහ ජාත්‍යන්තර සංචාරක වෙළඳපොළ සඳහා ශ්‍රී ලංකා අභ්‍යන්තර සංචාරක ක්‍රියාකරුවන්ගේ සංගමය (SLAITO) සාර්ථක ව සහභාගී විය.
ප්‍රංශය ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ පස්වන විශාලතම මූලාශ්‍ර වෙළඳපොළ වන අතර පළමු මාස අටේ දී මුළු සංචාරක පැමිණීම් 28,235ක අගයක් ගෙන ඇත. IFTM යනු වඩාත් කීර්තිමත් සංචාරක ප්‍රදර්ශනවලින් එකක් වන අතර ලොව පුරා දහස් ගණනක සහභාගීවන්නන් ඇදබැඳ ගන්නා වෙළඳ ප්‍රදර්ශනයකි. IFTM TOP RESA 2022 වෙළඳ ප්‍රදර්ශනය සඳහා 200 කට ආසන්න රටවල් ප්‍රමාණයක්, වෙළඳ නාම 1,700 ක් සහ සංචාරක වෘත්තිකයන් 34,000 ක් සහභාගී විය.
SLAITO හි ධජය යටතේ, ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ප්‍රමුඛ පෙළේ සංචාරක ක්‍රියාකරුවන් වන අයිට්කෙන් ස්පෙන්ස් ට්‍රැවල්ස්, ඇන්ඩෲ ද ට්‍රැවල් සමාගම, ඕදෙන්ටිසිටීස් ශ්‍රී ලංකා, කොනිසන්ස් ඩී සෙයිලෑන්, ජෙට්වින්ග් ට්‍රැවල්ස්, ලයන් රෝයල් ටුවරිසම්, ලංකා ස්පෝට්‍රේසන්, වෝකර්ස් ටුවර්ස් සහ නිල ගුවන් සේවා සමාගම වන ශ්‍රී ලංකන් එයාලයින්ස් ශ්‍රී ලංකා වෙළඳ කුටිය නියෝජනය කළහ. ශ්‍රී ලංකාවට එරෙහිව පනවා ඇති සංචාරක උපදේශන ලිහිල් කර ඇති යුරෝපා සංගම් කලාපයේ බොහෝ රටවල් විශේෂයෙන් ප්‍රංශය සහ ස්පාඤ්ඤය ආදී රටවලට සමගාමීව ශ්‍රී ලංකාව මෙම ප්‍රදර්ශනය සඳහා සහභාගී වීම වැදගත් සහ කාලෝචිත ය.
Sri Lanka participates at the IFTM TOP RESA, International and French Travel Market 2022
The Sri Lanka Association of Inbound Tour Operators (SLAITO) successfully participated at the IFTM TOP RESA, International and French Travel Market 2022, held from 20 to 22 September 2022 with the coordination of the Embassy of Sri Lanka in France.
France is the fifth largest source market to Sri Lanka, with tourist arrivals from the first eight months totaling to 28,235. IFTM is one of the most prestigious tourism exhibitions and attracts thousands of participants from around the world. Nearly 200 destinations, 1,700 brands and 34,000 tourism professionals participated at IFTM TOP RESA – 2022.
Under the flag of SLAITO, leading tour operators from Sri Lanka, Aitken Spence Travels, Andrew the Travel Company, Authenticities Sri Lanka, Connaisance de Ceylan, Jetwing Travels, Lion Royal Tourism, Lanka Sportreizen, Walkers Tours and national carrier Sri Lankan Airlines were represented at the Sri Lanka Pavilion.
Sri Lanka’s participation at this exhibition is significant and timely in light of many countries in the EU Region especially France and Spain that have relaxed their travel advisories against Sri Lanka. Therefore, representation at this exhibition encourages tourists visits to Sri Lanka for during the forthcoming winter season.
The Sri Lanka pavilion was officially opened by the Ambassador of Sri Lanka to France Prof.Kshanika Hirimburegama with the participation of Diplomatic officers, members of leading tour operators and representatives of the travel industry in France. The pavilion was widely publicized among tour operators, journalists, social media bloggers and other relevant stake holders in France and Spain sending the message that Sri Lanka is ready to welcome all tourists.

2022 செப்டெம்பர் 20 முதல் 22 வரை பிரான்சில் உள்ள இலங்கைத் தூதரகத்தின் ஒருங்கிணைப்புடன் நடைபெற்ற IFTM TOP RESA, சர்வதேச மற்றும் பிரெஞ்சு பயணச் சந்தை 2022 இல் இலங்கை உள்வரும் சுற்றுலாப் பயணிகளின் சங்கம் வெற்றிகரமாகப் பங்கேற்றது.
முதல் எட்டு மாதங்களில் இருந்து மொத்தமாக 28,235 சுற்றுலாப் பயணிகளின் வருகையுடன் பிரான்ஸ் இலங்கைக்கான ஐந்தாவது பெரிய ஆதார சந்தையாகத் திகழ்கின்றது. மிகவும் மதிப்புமிக்க சுற்றுலாக் கண்காட்சிகளில் ஒன்றான IFTM, உலகம் முழுவதிலுமிருந்து ஆயிரக்கணக்கான பங்கேற்பாளர்களை ஈர்க்கின்றது. IFTM TOP RESA – 2022 இல் கிட்டத்தட்ட 200 இடங்கள், 1,700 தரநாமங்கள் மற்றும் 34,000 சுற்றுலா வல்லுநர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர்.
உள்வரும் சுற்றுலா நடத்துனவர்களின் இலங்கை சங்கத்தின் கொடியின் கீழ், இலங்கையைச் சேர்ந்த முன்னணி சுற்றுலா இயக்குனர்களான எய்ட்கன் ஸ்பென்ஸ் டிரவல்ஸ், ஆண்ட்ரூ தி டிராவல் கம்பெனி, அதென்டிசிட்டிஸ் ஸ்ரீலங்கா, கன்னைசன்ஸ் டி செலான், ஜெட்விங் டிரவல்ஸ், லயன் ரோயல் டுவரிசம், லங்கா ஸ்போர்ட்ரீசன், வோக்கர்ஸ் டுவர்ஸ் மற்றும் தேசிய விமான நிறுவனமான ஸ்ரீலங்கன் எயார்லைன்ஸ் ஆகியோர் இலங்கைக் கூடாரத்தை பிரதிநிதித்துவப்படுத்தினர்.
ஐரோப்பிய ஒன்றியப் பிராந்தியத்தில் உள்ள பல நாடுகள் குறிப்பாக பிரான்ஸ் மற்றும் ஸ்பெயின் இலங்கைக்கு எதிரான பயண ஆலோசனைகளை தளர்த்தியுள்ள நிலையில், இந்தக் கண்காட்சியில் இலங்கையின் பங்கேற்பானது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கதும், சரியான நேரத்திலானதுமாகும். எனவே, இந்தக் கண்காட்சியிலான பிரதிநிதித்துவம் வரவிருக்கும் குளிர்காலத்தில் இலங்கைக்கு வருகை தரும் சுற்றுலாப் பயணிகளை ஊக்குவிக்கின்றது.
