චීනය වෙනුවෙන් සමරු කාසියක් නිකුත් කරයි
ශ්රී ලංකා රජය සහ මහජන චීන සමූහාණ්ඩුව අතර රාජ්‍ය තාන්ත්‍රික සබඳතාවේ 65 වන සංවත්සරය සහ චීන කොමියුනිස්ට් පක්ෂයේ 100 වන සංවත්සරය සැමරීම නිමිත්තෙන් නිකුත් කළ රුපියල් දහසේ සමරු කාසිය ශ්රී ලංකා මහ බැංකුවේ අධිපති, මහාචාර්ය ඩබ්ලිව්. ඩී. ලක්ෂ්මන් මහතා අද (06) පස්වරුවේ ජනාධිපති කාර්යාලයේ දී ජනාධිපති ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ මහතා වෙත පිළිගන්වා තිබේ.
දෙරට අතර දිගු මිත්‍රත්වය හා අන්‍යෝන්‍ය සබඳතාවට විශේෂ ගෞරවයක් ලෙස මෙම සමරු කාසිය නිකුත් කෙරිණ.
කාසියේ එක් පසෙක ශ්රී ලංකාවේ හා චීනයේ ජාතික ධජ සමගින් නෙළුම් පොකුණ මහින්ද රාජපක්ෂ රඟහලේ ඉදිරිපස පෙනුම කාසිය මධ්‍යයේ දැක්වේ.
එහි 2022 යන්න රඟහලට පහළින් විශාල ඉලක්කමින් දක්වා ඇත. කාසියේ පරිදියේ ඉංග්‍රීසි, සිංහල හා දෙමළ භාෂාවලින් “ශ්රී ලංකාව – චීනය වසර 65යි” යනුවෙන් සටහන් කර ඇත.
කාසියේ අනෙක් පස රුපියල් දහස සහ “චීන කොමියුනිස්ට් පක්ෂය” යනුවෙන් භාෂාත්‍රයෙන් සඳහන් වේ.
රන් සමරු කාසි 500ක් සහ රීදි සමරු කාසි 2000ක් නිකුත් කළ බව මහ බැංකුව නිවේදනය කරයි.
Commemorative coin for the anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party
The 1,000 rupee commemorative coin issued to commemorate the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Government of Sri Lanka and the People’s Republic of China and the 100th Anniversary of the Communist Party of China D. Lakshman was presented to President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat this afternoon (06).
The commemorative coin was issued as a special tribute to the long standing friendship and mutual relations between the two countries.
In the center of the coin is the front view of the Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaksa Theater with the national flags of Sri Lanka and China on one side of the coin.
Its 2022 is shown in big numbers below the theater. The coin reads “Sri Lanka – China 65 years” in English, Sinhala and Tamil.
The other side of the coin reads 1,000 rupees and is translated as “Chinese Communist Party”.
The Central Bank has issued 500 gold and 2000 silver commemorative coins.
