තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ අංශයේ පමණක් නව ව්‍යවසායකත්ව අවස්ථා 1000 ක් හා එමගින් නව රැකියා අවස්තා ලක්ෂ තුනක් හදුන්වාදීමට සැලසුම් කර ඇති බව ශ්රී ලංකා තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ නියෝජිතායතනයේ නියෝජ්‍ය ප්‍රධාන ඩිජිටල් නිලධාරි සචින්ද්‍ර සමරරතන මහතා පවසයි.
ඒ මහතා මේ බව පැවසුවේ ඊයේ (14) ගෝලීය ව්‍යවසායකත්ව සතිය (The Global Entrepreneurship Week -GEW ) නිමිත්තෙන් පවතී සමාරම්භක උත්සවයේදීය.
2024 වනවිට තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණ අංශයෙන් අපේක්ෂිත ඩොලර් බිලියන තුනක්වන අපනයන අදායම් ලබාගැනීමට දායකවිය හැකිවනු ඇති බව බව හෙතෙම පැවසිය.
මෙම නව ව්‍යවසායකයන් සදහා ආරම්භක අවස්ථාවේ සිට මුල්‍ය තාක්ෂණික පුහුණු හා උපදේශන සේවාවන් මෙන්ම වෙළෙදපොළ අවස්ථාවන්ද ලබාගැනීමට සහයවේ.
14 වනදා දිනෙන් ඇරඹෙන ගෝලීය ව්‍යවසායකත්ව සතිය නොවැම්බර් 20 දක්වා පැවැත්වේ .ලොවපුරා රටවල් 140 කට අධික ප්‍රමාණයක මිට එක්වේ. විවිධ ව්‍යවසායකයින්, ආයෝජකයින්, ප්‍රතිපත්ති සම්පාදකයින්, පර්යේෂකයින් , සහයෝගිතා සංවිධාන ඊට එක්වනු ඇත. ගෝලීය වශයෙන් මෙවර ඊට එක්වන හවුල්කාර සංවිධාන සංඛ්‍යාව 20000 කට වැඩි වනබව වාර්තාවේ. එමගින් විවිධ අංශවල නව්‍ය ව්‍යවසායකයින් හඳුනාගෙන ඔවුන් සිදුකිරීමට මෙවර සැලසුම් කරතිබේ.
එහි කොටස්කරුවන් වීමට මෙරට තොරතුරු සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ ඇතුළු විවිධ අංශවල නව්‍ය ව්‍යවසායකයන්ට අවස්තාව උදාවනු ඇත. මෙම වැඩසටහනේ මෙරට සත්කාරකත්වය පළමු වරට ශ්රී ලංකා තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ නියෝජිතායතනයට හිමිව තිබේ. ඊට හවුල්කාර ආයතන 50 ක් සහායවේ. , මෙම ව්‍යවසායකත්ව ( GEW 2022) සතියට සමගාමිව ශ්රී ලංකාව , නව්‍ය ව්‍යාපාර පරිසර පද්ධති, ව්‍යවසායකත්ව අවස්ථා පිළිබද දැනුවත්කිරීම් , සෑම ව්‍යවසායකයකුටම සම අවස්ථාලබාදීම , සහ ව්‍යවසායකත්ව හිතකාමී ප්‍රතිපත්ති, යන තේමා යටතේ ක්‍රියාකාරකම් 70 වැඩි ප්‍රමාණයක් සංවිධානය කර ඇත.
දේශීය ව්‍යවසායකයින්, ආයෝජකයින් සහ පර්යේෂකයන් අතර සහයෝගීතාවයෙන් හා සම්බන්ධතා ශක්තිමත් කරමින් නව ව්‍යවසායකත්ව දිරිගන්වන පරිසරයක් ඇතිකිරීම මෙහි අරමුනයි. ඒ සදහා මෙම සතිය පුරා විවිධ තොරතුරු බෙදා ගැනීම් සහ ඵලදායි සාකච්ඡා හා සමුළු රැසක් සංවිධානය කර ඇත. පාසල් සිසුන් සඳහා දැනුවත් කිරීමේ ආයතනික සැසි,
ප්‍රාදේශීය ව්‍යවසායකත්ව ආරම්භක මධ්‍යස්ථාන සහ ක්‍රියාකාරීන් සඳහා දැනුවත් කිරීමේ සැසි, ව්‍යවසායකයින් සඳහා අධ්‍යාපන ප්රදර්ශනය, තාක්ෂණ හා නිර්මාණ අංශවල නිරතවන්නන්ගේ ඔන්ලයින් සාකචාවන්ද පැවැත්වේ .
මීට අමතරව, ‘ජපානයේ ව්‍යවසායකත්වය සඳහා මාර්ග, කුඩා හා මධ්‍ය පරිමාණ ඩිජිටල් ව්‍යවසායකයින් , කාන්තාවන් සඳහා ඩිජිටල් අලෙවිකරණය ප්‍රවර්ධනය කරන සුහුරුලිය ය වැඩසටහන්, තරුණ තරුණියන් සදහා තාක්ෂණික ආරම්භක කඳවුරු සහ වෘත්තීය මාර්ගෝපදේස සැසි, බග් හන්ටර්ස් ස්වෙච්චා සේවක වැඩසටහන් සහ ආයෝජකයින් සඳහා අවස්තාවන් ලබාදීමේ සැසි වැනි ක්‍රියාකාරකම් රැසක් සමගාමිව සතිය පුරා පැවැත්වේ. එමගින් ලැබෙන අදහස් හා සැලසුම් ක්‍රියාවට නඟමින් ,රටක්ලෙස ආර්ථික වර්ධනය සහ නව්‍ය ව්‍යාපාරිකයන් දිරිමත්කරමින් ඔවුන්ගේ සුභසාධනය වැඩිදියුණු කිරීමට අපේක්ෂා කරයි.

ICTA Joins 20,000 Organizations Helping Entrepreneurs Transform Ideas into Action during Global Entrepreneurship Week 2022
The Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) of Sri Lanka and partner organizations will mark Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) from 14th -20th November 2022. Over eighty events will be organized by fifty ecosystem enablers covering four themes; ecosystems, education, inclusion, and policy. In addition, a series of events will take place across the country to celebrate and empower entrepreneurs as a driving force in the economy.
Professor Malik Ranasignhe- Chairman ICTA, Mr. Suresh de Mel – Acting Managing Director Global Entrepreneurship Network Sri Lanka and, Chairman & Chief Executive – the Sri Lanka Export Development Board, Mr. Sachindra Samararathne – Associate Chief Digital Economy Officer, ICTA, Ms. Thilaka Jayasundara – Secretary Ministry of Industries, Ms. Lakmini Wijesundara – Co-founder and Executive Director at IronOne Technologies and BoardPAC, Mr. Charitha Elvitigala – Co- Founder, Bug Zero, along with many other distinguished guests attended the launch ceremony on 14th November 2022
Speaking at the launch Mr. Suresh de Mel stated, “this November, Global Entrepreneurship Network will celebrate 15 years of helping millions of people unleash their ideas to start and scale new businesses through GEW. The campaign began in 2008 with an emphasis on inspiring young people to make their mark and has quickly grown to become a comprehensive effort that engages entrepreneurs, investors, policymakers, researchers, support organizations and others collaborating to advance economic growth and innovation in more than 180+ countries around the world., GEW is an international movement dedicated to making it possible for anyone, anywhere to start and scale a company. It is an ideal platform for all aspiring individuals or institutions to connect, understand, support, and celebrate entrepreneurs globally”.
Throughout the GEW, informative and engaging discussions will take place to encourage entrepreneurs, stimulate economic expansion, and improve the welfare of individuals. Apart from entrepreneurs, there will be activities for school students, university students, regional startup hubs and enablers, and aspiring entrepreneurs. Initiatives during the week include Bootcamps, Career Guidance sessions, entrepreneurs’ fair, virtual panel discussions, hackathons, and workshops. In addition, topics such as ‘Challenge the Conventions’, ‘Pathways to Entrepreneurship in Japan, ‘Digital SME 101’, ‘Coding for Girls’, ‘Suhuruliya #SheMeansBusiness’, ‘Entrepreneurship policies and challenges in Digital Era’, ‘Bug Hunter Freelancer programs’, and ‘Investor Pitching’ will be covered through the activities.
Associate Chief Digital Economy Officer, ICTA, Sachindra Samararathne stated, “through the engagement of GEW, we hope to celebrate the entrepreneur journey, connect the support ecosystem with entrepreneurs and encourage budding entrepreneurs to start their venture contributing to the economic growth of our Country ”.
Secretary Ministry of Industries, Ms. Thilaka Jayasundara, stated, “as the key Ministry responsible for promoting industrial development in the country within the wide policy framework of the government, we believe entrepreneurs play a key role in driving the economy of the nation”.
Ms. Lakmini Wijesundara, Co-founder and Executive Director at IronOne Technologies & BoardPAC, shared her insights on how entrepreneurs should rise amidst challenges, especially in the context of female entrepreneurs in Sri Lanka, and discussed the immense potential the path of entrepreneurship offered for females.

எதிர்வரும் இரண்டு வருடங்களில் தொழில் நுட்ப துறையில் மாத்திரம் புதிதாக 1000 புதிய தொழில், தொழில் முயற்சியாளர்களுக்கான வாய்ப்புகளை அறிமுகப்படுத்த திட்டம்
எதிர்வரும் இரண்டு வருடங்களில் தொழில் நுட்ப துறையில் மாத்திரம் புதிதாக 1000 புதிய தொழில் தொழில் முயற்சியாளர்களுக்கான வாய்ப்புகளை அறிமுகப்படுத்துவதற்கும் , அதேபோன்று இத்துறையில் 30,000 தொழில் வாய்ப்புக்களை ஏற்படுத்துவதற்கும் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளதாக, தகவல் மற்றும் தொடர்பாடல் தொழில் நுட்ப முகவர் நிறுவகம் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் ஏற்றுமதி வருமானம் 3 மில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டோலர்களாகும். இதற்காக புதிய தொழில் தொழில் முயற்சியாளர்களுக்கு ஆரம்ப சந்தர்ப்பத்தில் இருந்து நிதித்துறை தொடர்பிலான தொழில்நுட்ப பயிற்சி மற்றும் ஆலோசனை சேவைகளைப் போன்று சந்தை வாய்ப்புக்கான வசதிகளையும் பெற்றுக்கொள்வதற்கு ஒத்துழைப்பும் வழங்கப்படும்.
இம்முறை உலகளாவிய தொழில்முனைவோர் வாரத்தை ( Global Entrepreneurship Week -GEW ) முன்னிட்டு இதற்கான அறிவிப்பு இடம்பெற்றது.இதுதொடர்பான ஆரம்ப நிகழ்வு தகவல் மற்றும் தொடர்பாடல் தொழில் நுட்ப முகவர் நிறுவகத்தில் நேற்று (14) இடம்பெற்றது.
நேற்று ஆரம்பமான இந்த உலகளாவிய தொழில்முனைவோர் வாரம் நவம்பர் மாதம் 20 ஆம் திகதி வரை இடம்பெறும். உலகளாவிய ரீதியில் 140க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நாடுகள் இதில் இணைந்துகொண்டுள்ளன. பல்வேறுபட்ட தொழில் முயற்சியாளர்கள், முதலீட்டாளர்கள் ஒத்துழைப்புக்கான அமைப்புக்கள் இதில் ஒன்றிணைந்துள்ளன உலகளாவிய ரீதியில் இம்முறை இதற்கு ஒத்துழைப்பு நல்கும் அமைப்புக்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 20, 000க்கும் மேல் என தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதன் மூலம் பல்வேறு துறைகளில் தொழில் முயற்சியாளர்களை அடையாளங் கண்டு அவர்கள் வலுவூட்டபடுவார்கள். இதன் போது சர்வதேச ரீதியில் சுமார் 40,000 செயற்பாட்டாளர்களை உருவாக்க இந்த முறை திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இலங்கையில் தகவல் மற்றும் தொடர்பாடல் தொழிநுட்பம் முகவர் நிறுவகம் உட்பட பல்வேறு துறைகளில் உள்ள புத்தாக்க தொழில்முனைவோர் இதில் பங்குதார்களாவதற்கு சந்தர்ப்பம் ஏற்படும். இந்த ஆண்டு, இந்த தொழில்முனைவோர் வாரத்திற்கு (GEW 2022) அமைவாக , இலங்கை, புதிய வணிக சூழல் கட்டமைப்பு, தொழில் முனைவோருக்கான வாய்ப்புகள் பற்றிய விழிப்புணர்வு , ஒவ்வொரு தொழில்முனைவோருக்கும் சம வாய்ப்புக்கான சந்தர்ப்பத்தை ஏற்படுத்தல் மற்றும் தொழில்முனைவோர் நட்பு கொள்கைகள் ஆகிய கருப்பொருள்களின் கீழ் பல நடவடிக்கைகள் முன்னெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
அதற்காக இந்த வாரம் முழுவதும் பல்வேறு தகவல் பகிர்வு மற்றும் ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான விவாதங்கள், மாநாடுகள் முதலானவை ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன. இதன் மூலம் பெறப்பட்ட யோசனைகள் மற்றும் திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் புதிய வணிகர்களை ஊக்குவிப்பதன் மூலம் அவர்களின் சேம நலன்களை மேம்படுத்தவும் எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
