JAT අඛණ්ඩ 4 වැනි වරටත් ජාතික ව්‍යාපාර විශිෂ්ටතා රන් සම්මානයෙන් පිදුම් ලබයි
දැව ආලේපන ක්ෂේත්රයේ ප්‍රමුඛයා වන JAT Holdings PLC සමාගම නැවත වරක් ක්ෂේත්රයේ ඉහළින්ම සිය සන්නාමය සනිටුහන් කරමින් ජාතික වාණිජ මණ්ඩලය විසින් සංවිධානය කරන ලද ජාතික ව්‍යාපාර විශිෂ්ටතා සම්මාන 2021 (NBEA) හි දී වෙළඳ අංශ කාණ්ඩයේ රන් සම්මානයත් මහාපරිමාණ ව්‍යාපාර කාණ්ඩයේ කුසලතා සම්මානත් දිනා දිනා ගැනීමට සමත් විය.
පසුගිය මාර්තු මස 22 වන දින BMICH හිදී පැවති මෙම සම්මාන ප්‍රදානෝත්සවයේදී ව්‍යාපාරික විශිෂ්ටත්වය පෙන්නුම් කළ ආයතන ඇගයීමට ලක් කෙරුණු අතර අතර විවිධ ක්ෂේත්‍රයන් හී වෘත්තිකයන්, සම්භාවනීය අමුත්තන් සහ ආරාධිතයින් ඒ සඳහා සහභාගී විය.
JAT Holdings PLC සමාගම ක්ෂේත්රයේ ප්‍රමුඛයා ලෙස සිය ස්ථාවරය යළි තහවුරු කරමින් අඛණ්ඩව සිව්වන වසරටත් වෙළෙඳ අංශයේ රන් සම්මානයේ ගෞරවය මෙන්ම, සිය සමාගමේ විශිෂ්ට කාර්ය සාධනය, ආර්ථික සමෘද්ධිය උදෙසා දක්වන සැලකිය යුතු දායකත්වය හා පාරිසරික තිරසාරභාවය සඳහා වූ අඛණ්ඩ කැපවීම පිළිබඳ වටිනාකම් ද වඩාත් ඉහළ නංවා ගැනීමට සමත් විය. ජාතික වාණිජ මණ්ඩලය විසින් සකස් කරන ලද පුළුල් නිර්ණායක මත පදනම්ව මෙම සම්මාන පිරිනැමුණු අතර අයදුම්කරුවන් උපාය මාර්ග සහ නායකත්වයේ විශිෂ්ටත්වය, ආයතනික පාලනය සහ උපාය මාර්ගවල විශිෂ්ටත්වය, හැකියාවන් ගොඩනැගීමේ විශිෂ්ටත්වය, කාර්ය සාධන කළමනාකරණයේ විශිෂ්ටත්වය සහ සමස්ත විශිෂ්ටත්වය මත පදනම්ව ඇගයීමට ලක් කරන ලදී. එසේම ගෝලීය වෙළඳපල ප්‍රවේශය, ආයතනික සමාජ වගකීම් සහ පාරිසරික තිරසාරත්වයේ විශිෂ්ටත්වය මෙන්ම අවසාන වශයෙන්, ව්‍යාපාර සහ මූල්ය ප්‍රතිඵලවල විශිෂ්ටත්වය ද මෙහිදී සැලකිල්ලට ගැනිණි. JAT හිමිකර ගත් මෙම ගෞරවය ආයතනයේ එක් එක් අංශවල දීප්තිය වඩාත් පිළිබිඹු කිරීමක් වන අතර ව්‍යාපාරික විශිෂ්ටත්වය තුළ ඔවුන්ගේ හැකියාවන් යළිත් තහවුරු කිරීමක් ලෙස ද සැලකිය හැකිය.

ශ්රී ලංකා ජාතික වාණිජ මණ්ඩලය විසින් 2004 වසරේ ආරම්භ කරන ලද පුරෝගාමී සම්මාන උළෙලක් වන ජාතික ව්‍යාපාර විශිෂ්ටතා සම්මාන උළෙල (NBEA) , ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ව්‍යාපාරවල “විශිෂ්ටත්වය” සඳහා වටිනාකම් ලබාදේ. එය උසස් පිළිගැනීමක් සහ ප්‍රමිතියකින් යුතු සම්මාන ප්‍රධානයක් ලෙස ව්‍යාපාරික ප්‍රජාව අතර විශාල පිළිගැනීමක් සහ කීර්තියක් හිමිකර ගෙන ඇත. මෙවර සම්මාන උළෙල පසුගිය මාර්තු මාසයේදී BMICH හිදී සාර්ථකව අවසන් වූ අතර ජාතික වාණිජ මණ්ඩලයේ දැඩි අනුකුලතාවන් සහ ප්‍රමිතීන් සාර්ථකව සපුරා ඇති සමාගම් වෙත සම්මාන ප්‍රදානය කෙරිණ. තාක්ෂණික සහ මූල්ය සමාලෝචන මෙන්ම කමිටු සම්මුඛ පරීක්ෂණ හරහා, ප්‍රකට විනිශ්චය මණ්ඩලයක් විසින් සම්මාන උළෙලේ නිර්ණායක විනිශ්චය කරන ලද අතර, ප්‍රතිඵල සදහා මනා විනිවිද භාවයකින් යුතු ඇගයීම් ක්‍රියාවලියක් ක්‍රියාත්මක කරන ලද අතර මණ්ඩලය පුරා සිටින සමාගම්වලට වඩාත් සුදුසු මාතෘකා පිරිනැමීම ද සිදු කරන ලදී.

JAT clinches Gold at the National Business Excellence Awards for 4th consecutive year
11th April 2022, Colombo Sri Lanka: Setting an industry benchmark yet again, JAT Holdings PLC, Sri Lanka’s leader in wood coatings, bagged Gold in the Trading Sector Category and Merit in the Extra Large Category at the National Business Excellence Awards 2021 (NBEA), organized by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka. Held on the 22nd of March 2022 at the BMICH, the awards ceremony recognized organizations who have demonstrated business excellence and was attended by various industry professionals, distinguished guests and invitees.
Reaffirming its position as the industry leader, JAT Holdings PLC walked home with the Gold Award in the Trading Sector for the fourth consecutive year, recognizing the company’s outstanding performance excellence, significant contribution to economic prosperity, and continued commitment toward environmental sustainability. The awards were based upon comprehensive criteria set out by the National Chamber of Commerce, where applicants were evaluated based on their Excellence in Strategy and Leadership, Excellence in Corporate Governance and Strategy, Excellence in Capacity Building, Excellence in Performance Management, Excellence in Local and Global Market Reach, Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Sustainability, and finally, their Excellence in Business and Financial Results. Achieving this accolade is a reflection of JAT’s brilliance in each aspect, cementing its prowess in business excellence yet again.

Being one of the pioneering award competitions initiated in 2004 by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka, the National Business Excellence Awards (NBEA), has maintained the highest standards and gained much recognition and prestige amongst the business community as a well-structured award scheme that rewards “Excellence” of businesses in Sri Lanka. This year, the awards were successfully concluded in March at the BMICH, awarding companies who have successfully fulfilled the stringent requirements and standards of the National Chamber of Commerce. The criteria were adjudged by an eminent panel of judges after being subject to technical and financial desk reviews and panel interviews, resulting in a well-rounded evaluation process, and well-deserved titles awarded to companies across the board.
