සෞභාග්‍යා නිෂ්පාදන ගම්මාන ව්‍යාපෘතිය ග්‍රාමීය ව්‍යවසායකයින්ට විශාල ශක්තියක් – රාජ්‍ය ඇමැති සුදර්ශනි
සෞභාග්‍යා නිෂ්පාදන ගම්මාන ව්‍යාපෘතිය ග්‍රාමීය කුඩා ව්‍යවසායකයින්ට විශාල ශක්තියක් ගෙන දෙන ව්‍යපෘතියක් බව ප්‍රාථමික සෞඛ්‍ය සේවා, වසංගත රෝග සහ කොවිඩ් රෝග පාලන කටයුතු රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය විශේෂඥ වෛද්‍ය සුදර්ශිනී ප්‍රනාන්දුපුල්ලේ මහත්මිය පවසයි.
අමාත්‍යවරිය මේ බව සදහන් කලේ සීදුව අම්බලම්මුල්ල ග්‍රාම නිලධාරී වසමේ සෞභාග්‍යා නිෂ්පාදන ගම්මානයේ වැඩකටයුතු ආරම්භ කිරීමේ සමාරම්භක අවස්ථාවට එක්වෙමිනි.
වැඩිදුරටත් අදහස් දැක්වූ අමාත්‍යවරිය සදහන් කළේ අතිගරු ජනාධිපතිතුමාගේ සෞභාග්‍යයේ දැක්ම ප්‍රතිපත්ති ප්‍රකාශයට අනුව ව්‍යවසායක ගම්මාන ඇති කිරීමේ වැඩසටහනේ දී අපි පළමුවෙන්ම තෝරා ගත්තේ අම්බලම්මුල්ල ගම්මානය වන අතර කාලයක් තිස්සේ මෙම පිරිස ඉතා ධෛර්ය සම්පන්නව නව තාක්ෂය සමග ගැටෙමින් මේ ව්‍යාපාරයේ යෙදුනු බවත් මෙම ගම්මානය කටාන ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කොට්ඨාසයේ තිබෙන හොදම ව්‍යවසායික ගම්මානය වන බවයි.
අද දිනයේ 72 ක පිරිසක් මෙහි ප්‍රතිලාභ ලබන බවත් සමෘද්ධිලාභි සහ පොරොත්තු ලේඛණයේ සිටින පවුල් මේ සදහා තෝරාගෙන තිබෙන බවත් සදහන් කළ අමාත්‍යවරිය, මෙම ව්‍යවසාකයින්ව ඉළක්ක කරගෙන රජය ගෙනයන වැඩසටහන හරහා මෙම කර්මාන්ත දියුණු කිරීමට, ශක්තිමත් කිරීමට හා ඒ හරහා ආදායම් වැඩිදියුණු කර ගැනීමට හැකිවන සදහන් කරන ලදි.
නව රජයේ “සෞභාග්‍යයේ දැක්ම” ප්‍රතිපත්ති ප්රකාශය අනුව කුඩා ව්‍යවසායකයින් ශක්තිමත් කිරීමේ වැඩසටහන යටතේ 2021 වර්ෂයේ අයවැය යෝජනාවකට අනුව “සෞභාග්‍යා නිෂ්පාදන ගම්මාන” ආරම්භ කිරිමට රජය කටයුතු කරනු ලබයි.
අඩුආදායම්ලාභී ජනතාවගේ ජීවන තත්ත්වය ඉහළ නැංවීමත්, නිෂ්පාදන දිරිගැන්වීමත් අරමුණූ කොටගෙන ක්‍රියාත්මක කෙරෙන මෙම වැඩසටහන යටතේ දිවයින පුරා මෙවැනි නිෂ්පාදන ගම්මාන 500 ක් පිිහිටුවීමට නියමිත අතර, ගම්පහ දිස්ත්රික්කයේ නිෂ්පාදන ගම්මාන 40 ක් සහ කටාන ආසනයේ නිෂ්පාදන ගම්මාන 03 ක් පිහිටුවීමට නියමිතය. මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය මගින් සමෘද්ධි හා අඩුආදායම්ලාභී පවුල් වෙනුවෙන් ඔවුන්ගේ කර්මාන්තයන් දිරිගැන්වීමට අවශ්‍ය උපකරණ ද ලබාදෙනු ලබන අතර සමෘද්ධි, ගෘහ ආර්ථික, ක්ෂ්‍රද්‍ර මූල්ය, ස්වයං රැකියා හා ව්‍යාපාර සංවර්ධන අමාත්‍යාංශය යටතේ සෞභාග්‍යා සංවර්ධන කාර්යාංශය, සමෘද්ධි සංවර්ධන දෙපාර්තමේන්තුව විසින් මෙම වැඩසටහන ක්‍රියාත්මක කරනු ලබයි.
මෙම අවස්ථාවට කටුනායක සීදුව නගර සභාවේ සභාපති චමිත් නිශාන්ත මහතා, කටාන ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් ප්‍රියංකා කොඩිතුවක්කු මහත්මිය, සෞභාග්‍යා සමෘද්ධි නිෂ්පාදන ගම්මාන වැඩසටහන භාරව සිටින කටාන ප්‍රාදේශිය ලේකම් කාර්යාලයේ සැළසුම් අධ්යක්ෂ/ක්‍රම සම්පාදන සහකාර සුනීතා ගුණසේකර මහත්මිය, අම්බලම්මුල්ල ග්‍රාම නිලධාරි ආරයවංශ මහතා, සමෘද්ධි නිලධාරි දිනේෂ් මහතා ඇතුලු සංවර්ධන නිලධාරින් සහ ගම්වාසීන් පිරිසක් එක්ව සිටියහ.
Saubhagya Production Village Project will be a great boost to rural entrepreneurs
Dr. Sudarshini Fernandopulle said at the Commencement of work on Saubhagya Production Village, Ambalammulla.
According to His Excellency the President’s Vistas for Prosperity Vision of the government, the Saubhagya Production Villages Project, which is being implemented with the objective of establishing Entrepreneurial Villages, is a project that will bring great strength to rural small entrepreneurs said Dr. Sudarshini Fernandopulle, State Minister of Primary Health Care, Epidemics and Covid Disease Control mentioned at the inauguration of the Saubhagya Production Village in the Ambalammulla Grama Niladhari Division in Seeduwa.
The Minister further stated that, “In line with His Excellency the President’s Vision for Prosperity and Policy Statement, we first selected Ambalammulla Village in the program to establish Entrepreneurial Villages. For a long time, these people have been bravely engaging in this business with the latest technology and this village is one of the best entrepreneurial villages in the Katana Divisional Secretariat. Today, 72 people are benefiting from this scheme and the families who are Samurdhi recipients and on the waiting list have been selected for this purpose. Through the government’s program targeting these entrepreneurs, it is possible to develop, strengthen these industries and thereby increase the income of families said the Minister.
According to the new government’s “Saubhagyaye Dekma” policy statement, the government will launch “Saubhagya Production Villages” in accordance with the budget proposal for 2021 under the Small Entrepreneurs Empowerment Program.
Under this program which is being implemented with the objective of improving the living standards of the low income people and promoting production, 500 such production villages are to be established island wide, 40 production villages are to be established in the Gampaha District and 03 production villages in the Katana electorate. The project will also provide equipment for Samurdhi and low income families to promote their industries.
This program is implemented by the Prosperity Development Bureau, Samurdhi Development Department under the State Ministry of Samurdhi, Household Economy, Microfinance, Self Employment and Business Development.
Mr. Chamith Nishantha, Chairman, Katunayake Seeduwa Urban Council, Mrs. Priyanka Kodithuwakku, Divisional Secretary, Katana, Mrs. Suneetha Gunasekara, Planning Director, Katana Divisional Secretariat in charge of the Saubhagya Samurdhi Production Village Program, Ambalammulla Grama Niladhari Arayawansa, Samurdhi Officer Dinesh and a group of development officers and villagers were present on this occasion.
