සූර්ය බලශක්ති ව්‍යාපෘතිය ප්රවර්ධනයට ඉන්දීය සහාය
රජයේ ගොඩනැඟිලි, ආගමික සිද්ධස්ථාන සහ අඩු ආදායම්ලාභී නිවෙස් දායක කර ගනිමින් සූර්ය බලශක්තිය උත්පාදනය සඳහා ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ප්‍රධාන පාර්ශ්වකරුවෙකු ලෙස ඉන්දීය රජය, ඉන්දියානු අපනයන හා ආනයන බැංකුව මගින් ඇමරිකානු ඩොලර් මිලියන 100ක ණය මාලාවක් (Line Of Credit) පිරිනැමීමට එකඟතාව පළ කරමින්, දෙපාර්ශ්වය අතර ණය සම්මුති ගිවිසුමකට එළඹ ඇති බව ජනාධිපති මාධ්‍ය අංශය පවසයි.
මෙම ව්‍යාපෘතිය මගින් අඩු ආදායම්ලාභී ගෘහ ඒකක සඳහා ආර්ථික ප්‍රතිලාභ ළඟා කරදීම සහ රජයේ ආයතනවල විදුලිය වෙනුවෙන් වැය වන වියදම කපා හැරීම අපේක්ෂා කෙරේ.
මෙම ව්‍යාපෘති මගින් ජාතික විදුලි පද්ධතියට ඇතුළත් වීමට නොහැකි අඩු ආදායම්ලාභීන්ට බැටරි මගින් සූර්ය බලශක්ති ගබඩා පහසුකම් සැලසීමට ද පියවර ගෙන ඇත. ඉඩම් හිඟය මගහරවා ගනිමින්, ජලය මත පාවෙන සූර්ය පද්ධති ස්ථාපිත කිරීමෙන් විදුලි උත්පාදනය ද වැඩසටහනට ඇතුළත් වේ.
එහි පළමු අදියර, පාර්ලිමේන්තුවට අවශ්‍ය විදුලි උත්පාදනය සඳහා ආදර්ශ වැඩපිළිවෙළක් ලෙස දියවන්නා ඔය කේන්ද්‍ර කරගනිමින් ඇරඹීමට සැලසුම් කර ඇත.
ශ්රී ලංකා රජය සහ ඉන්දියානු අපනයන හා ආනයන බැංකුව අතර අත්සන් තබන ලද ණය මාලා ගිවිසුම අද (16) පෙරවරුවේ ජනාධිපති කාර්යාලයේ දී, ජනාධිපති ගෝඨාභය රාජපක්ෂ මැතිතුමා සහ රාජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය දුමින්ද දිසානායක මහතා ඉදිරියේ මුදල් ලේකම් එස්.ආර්. ආටිගල මහතා සහ ඉන්දීය මහ කොමසාරිස් ගෝපාල් බග්ලේ මහතා අතර හුවමාරු කරගනු ලැබීය.
විදේශ ලේකම් අද්මිරාල් ජයනාත් කොළඹගේ මහතා, විදුලිබල අමාත්‍යාශයේ ලේකම් වසන්තා පෙරේරා මහත්මිය, ඉන්දීය තානාපති කාර්යාලයේ සහ මුදල් අමාත්‍යාංශයේ නිලධාරීහූ ඇතුළු පිරිසක් ද මේ අවස්ථාවට එක්ව සිටියහ.
The Government of India, as a major partner in Sri Lanka for solar power generation by contributing to government buildings, places of worship and low-income homes, has agreed to a $ 100 million Line Of Credit from the Export-Import Bank of India through loan agreements between the two parties. An agreement has been reached, the Presidential Media Unit said.
The project aims to bring economic benefits to low-income households and reduce the cost of electricity for government agencies.
These projects have also taken steps to provide battery-powered solar energy storage facilities to low-income earners who are unable to access the national grid. The program also includes power generation by avoiding land scarcity and installing floating solar systems.
The first phase is planned to begin with Diyawanna Oya as a model program for the generation of electricity required by Parliament.
The loan agreement signed between the Government of Sri Lanka and the Export-Import Bank of India was presented to President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa and Minister of State Duminda Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (16). Attygalle and Indian High Commissioner Gopal Bagle.
Foreign Secretary Admiral Jayanath Colombage, Secretary to the Ministry of Power and Energy Wasantha Perera, officials from the Indian Embassy and the Ministry of Finance were also present.
